What is your return and exchange policy?

Items in original, unworn condition with tags attached can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that certain categories like innerwear, cosmetics, and food items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Can I use my Isetan Member Card for online purchases?

Yes, you can link your Isetan Membership to your online account to earn points on eligible purchases. However, certain exclusive in-store vouchers may only be redeemable at our physical department stores.
