Direction For Use:

Use once a day or as needed. Wet the brush with water, place brush on your tongue and gently pull forward to scrape dirt from the back of the tongue. Rinse your mouth after brushing. *If your tongue is not very dirty, you may use only the scraper.

Product Warnings:

Do not scrape too hard as this may injure the tongue. Do not insert too deep into the mouth. Discontinue use if the tongue is rough or if any abnormality occurs. Please rinse the brush thoroughly after use and store in a well-ventilated place. Do not put the brush into disinfectant, bleach, hot water or essential oils. Change your brush after ~1 month or when it becomes dirty.
